About the assignment We are looking for a customer service representative for our client in the public sector in Sundsvall. The position is a consulting assignment via Bemannia that starts immediately and lasts for approximately 1.5 years. The position is full-time, 100%, and you will work at the client's premises in central Sundsvall.
Your responsibilities
In the role of customer center representative, your tasks will include receiving incoming calls, emails, chats, and visitors. Handling fault reports, creating both digital and analog mailings.
Furthermore, your tasks will include the following:
Renting out apartments and parking spaces, managing charging stations, Chatbot Ebbot.
Managing keys, digital key fobs, and programming iLoq.
Guiding digitally, being digital and comfortable/curious about AI, contributing to the development of the work/business.
Your qualifications
High school diploma or relevant work experience.
Several years of experience in customer contact via customer center, customer service, or switchboard.
Accustomed to working administratively.
Fluent in Swedish with a focus on simple Swedish in speech and writing.
Fluent in English.
Meritorious
Additional languages.
Experience in renting out apartments.
Experience with the property system Vitec.
